CNC turning service

Star Rapid's CNC turning service uses imported highspeed turning centers equipped with dynamic tools and automatic rod feeders. Power tools using imported Guhring tools allow us to perform some milling and crossdrilling functions without the need for multiple machine setups, saving time and money. We often turn brass, aluminum, lowcarbon and stainless steel, and hard plastics. Our CNC turning services create complex external geometry and inner holes with very tight tolerances and excellent surface finish. CNC turning is suitable for rapid prototyping, new product launch and small series production.

CNC milling services

Star Rapid's CNC milling services use imported multiaxis machines controlled by advanced PowerMILL and Vericut software. Highspeed milling is ideal for creating prisms and complex geometry shapes in a wide variety of brasses, mild and stainless steels, aluminum, metal and hard plastics. Advanced Guhring end mills and tools, as well as European management expertise, ensure your parts have tight tolerances and excellent surface finish. Of course, we also offer complete inhouse finishing services for many more product development solutions.

Edm/wire-cut and surface grinding

EDM is a basic manufacturing process, mainly used in plastic injection molding or die casting tool steel, EDM uses conductive graphite or copper electrodes in a dielectric bath of water or oil, when a high voltage current is applied to the electrode, it will create sparks on the tool wall, etched away on the surface to produce deep holes, ribs, bottom cuts and surface textures. These are difficult to achieve traditional processing. When done properly, EDM can produce an excellent surface finish with tight tolerances and virtually no need for secondary polishing.Surface grinding is an automated machining process used to create extremely flat and smooth surfaces. In this method, the workpiece is fixed in a fixture and then reciprocated on the surface of a precision grinding wheel.

1. Is Kaio's CNC machining service in-house? Yes - our team does all the CNC machining in our factory. This gives us a higher level of production control than companies that outsource processing. 2. Can KAIAO make design drawings for me? We do not provide design services. You are required to provide 2D and 3D design drawings, we can arrange quotation according to your design document. 3. How do I know my design will be kept secret? We will sign and abide by any confidentiality or confidentiality agreement. Our factory has a strict policy not to take photos of customers' products without express permission. 4. Can I use my own materials for production? Yes, the materials provided by the customer will do as long as they meet the capabilities of our machines. 5. How does CNC machining work with plastic injection molding and pressure die casting?
