Hand plate model is the first step to verify the feasibility of the product, is to find out the most direct and effective way of product design defects, so as to improve the defects targeted, until the hand plate model does not have any problems to open the mold as a basis. It is often necessary to carry out small batch re-mold testing, investment and even to check the assembly difficulty of the product in future mass production.


Main uses:


1. Appearance hand plate: mainly used for testing product appearance size, color matching, material matching, cost assessment, market research, exhibition and other mass production process feasibility analysis and judgment.


2. Structural hand plate: mainly used for the coordination between the internal assembly structure of the product, material strength analysis, performance testing, cost assessment, new product investment, etc., which greatly reduces the risk of direct mold opening.


3. Vacuum mold: mainly used for the performance testing of small batch new products to further improve the feasibility of mass production of new products, and can also be used for investment of new products.


The grinding process has three main functions:


(1) For the substrate, it is to remove the burrs, oil and dust on the surface of the substrate


(2) For the surface of the scraped putty, the general surface is rough, and a flat surface needs to be obtained by sanding, so grinding can reduce the roughness of the workpiece surface:


(3) Enhance the adhesion of the coating. Before spraying the new paint film, it is generally necessary to polish the old paint film layer after practical work, because the adhesion of the paint on the excessively smooth surface is poor, and the mechanical adhesion of the coating can be enhanced after grinding.
