Commonly, the production of hand boards is usually carried out through CNC machining centers, with 3D programming input to CNC machining centers for processing, or through laser rapid prototyping. The process of making a prototype model mainly includes the following aspects:

(1) From an industrial perspective, a prototype is the process of transforming from an industrial design pattern to a real sample.

(2) From the perspective of CAD design: simply speaking, after the product design is completed, in order to verify the correctness of the design, CNC processing is used as the main method to make the same sample as the product.

Commonly, the production of hand boards is usually carried out through CNC machining centers, with 3D programming input to CNC machining centers for processing, or through laser rapid prototyping.

Most materials are mainly photosensitive resins, which accumulate layer by layer under the action of light and have high accuracy.

The vast majority of hand boards nowadays use CNC machining centers, and the detailed production process is as follows:

1、 Programming: Programmers analyze 3D data and write programming languages to control CNC machining centers;

2、 CNC machining: Input the organized programming language into the computer controlled machining center and execute program commands;

3、 Manual processing: Sort out the processed products. The main tasks completed include: proofreading data, removing burrs, bonding, polishing, etc;

4、 Surface treatment: To achieve various surface effects in the rendering, commonly used methods include spray painting, screen printing, electroplating, and special techniques such as laser engraving, anodizing, and wire drawing;

5、 Assembly: After processing, it is necessary to perform data detection on the assembly problem and conduct trial assembly before surface treatment;

6、 Packaging: Packaging of final inspected products
